Sell sheets (aka "flyers" or "cut sheets") can be hardworking brochures in their own right.

It's understood that they'll provide the basics: what the product is, its options, specifications, part numbers, and so on. Too often, however, sell sheets are too basic: they leave out product positioning, branding, and corporate themes.
